The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within the Tyre, Battery & Lubricant industry. The role focuses on building strong relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and fleet customers, meeting sales targets, and monitoring market trends. Success in this position requires expertise in value-based selling and effective coordination with the after-sales team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tyre wholesalers, dealers, and fleet customers.
• Identify and acquire new institutional and fleet customers for Truck and Bus radial (TBR) tyres.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for tyres and related products.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and fleet customers in line with approved credit terms.
• Monitor market prices, competitor activities, customer demand, and ongoing trends.
• Ensure professional representation of the company and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate with the After-Sales Service Team to address and resolve tyre warranty claims and customer disputes.
• Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, and maintain customer documentation for management.
• Present value-based solutions for fleet customers utilizing strong knowledge of CPK (Cost Per Kilometer) based selling.

• Relationship building skills with wholesalers, dealers, and fleet customers.
• Proficiency in market and price analysis.
• Competence in sales reporting and documentation.
• Expertise in value-based sales strategies.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Tyre, Battery & Lubricant industry.
• Strong knowledge of CPK (Cost Per Kilometer) based selling.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
