Job Title: Team Manager Qualifications
Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
Lead coach and inspire a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets for Pearson school qualifications. Drive growth by managing key partner relationships optimising team performance and representing Pearsons brand across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment and qualifications expertise to the team
Lead the team to achieve and exceed revenue for school qualifications including personal.
Monitor sales activity track results and report on performance pipeline and market trends to senior management.
Collaborate with training marketing and product teams to ensure regional plans and initiatives are fit-for-purpose and support growth.
Build and manage relationships with key partners school groups and ministries to maximise opportunities and promote Pearsons brand.
Coach develop and performance-manage direct reports ensuring clear goals regular feedback and a strong positive team culture.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Experience in assessment ideally with UK qualifications
Proven experience managing sales teams in education or a related sector.
Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong customer relationships.
Experience with pipeline management reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
People management experience required.
Preferred / Desirable:
School leadership background
