Title: Administrator-RM & PM.Oils&Fats(UAE)

Job Summary
To efficiently manage and coordinate the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate shipments based on product availability. Execute administrative tasks related to order tracking, document preparation, and record-keeping. Oversee warehouse stock levels and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory. Monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, and overall stock management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities on SAP
- Processes documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures
- Enters information on oracle relating to Factory such as Warehouse
- Maintains data entry requirements by following specific SOP for Warehouse
- Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems; purging files to eliminate
- Secures information by completing data base backups
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains operations by keeping information confidential
KPIs
- Coordinate employee attendance/ payroll input/ issues
- Monthly reports (Material Comsumption/ Labour Supply/ MIS)
Work Experience Requirement
- 5+ years of work experience in warehouse in any reputed FMCG industry.
- Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing Information , Results Driven, Energy Level
Qualification
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization
