SWE Infrastructure Specialist (Java)

Responsibilities
- Engage AI models on Java-centric infrastructure and platform engineering tasks
- Verify architectural decisions related to concurrency, latency, throughput, and resource utilization
- Assess infrastructure and application-level testing strategies
- Analyze deployment and reliability risks
- Capture reproducible failure modes and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of systems thinking, architectural design, and performance engineering
- Expertise in JVM-based services and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud-native deployments and enterprise-grade architectures
- Strong written communication skills to explain system behavior and design decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise Java systems
- Experience in platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps‑adjacent roles
