JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to serve as the bridge between our customers and our products. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years of experience) who are eager tolearn, grow, and gain hands-on skillsin customer success within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

In thisfull-time role, you’ll combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to help customersmaximize the value of Sapaad. You’ll support users throughemail, phone, live chat, or in-person interactions, while also acting as aproduct ambassador, educating and guiding customers to use our software confidently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop a deep understanding of Sapaad’s software products and how they support F&B operations
• Lead customer onboarding, ensuring new customers are set up for a smooth and successful start with Sapaad
• Conduct customer training sessions, webinars, and onboarding programs, helping users confidently adopt and maximize the platform
• Engage with customers through phone, email, or chat to understand and resolve issues efficiently
• Take full ownership of customer issues and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and collaborating with engineering when needed
• Be the voice of the customer inside the organization by identifying recurring issues, sharing feedback, and providing insights into root causes
• Provide professional, clear, and user-friendly communication throughout the customer journey
• Assist with deployments remotely and on-site as needed, including visiting customer locations when required
• Deliver exceptional customer support and service that turns satisfied users into long-term Sapaad advocates
