GCC HR Generalist: UAE/KSA Compliance & AI-Driven

ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health in Dubai seeks an HR Generalist to manage HR services for UAE-based employees. This role requires expertise in UAE and KSA labour laws, with a focus on compliance and efficient processes. Ideal candidates will have at least 5-6 years of experience in HR, dealing with both internal and EOR employees. Responsibilities include drafting HR documentation and delivering training on GCC labour law.
The position emphasizes the use of AI tools to enhance HR processes and requires strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills. Interested applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
