AI-Driven Brand & Performance Designer (Remote, Full-time)

bubblebro is a fast-growing UAE consumer brand in the sparkling-water space (home soda makers, CO2 cylinders, and Flavours). We sell on our own website and on Amazon, and run an active social and Meta-ads presence.
We're hiring ONE key designer to own our visual output end-to-end: website and landing pages; Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives (statics + short video/Reels); Amazon content (listing image stacks and A+ / Brand Story); and email newsletters and brand collateral.
This is an AI-driven role. We work fast with modern AI design tools and want someone genuinely fluent with them (image generation, generative edit/fill, AI video) - not just classic Photoshop/Illustrator.
How it works: We use Hubstaff for time tracking, with a 1-month probation. This is a full-time position, with a plan to potentially relocate to the UAE at a later stage (flexible, nothing fixed).
You should have: a strong portfolio across ads, e-commerce/Amazon, web and social; real fluency with AI design tools (tell us which ones you use); solid Adobe skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) plus Figma; good written English and comfort with async, time-tracked remote work; and an eye for conversion, not just aesthetics.
Nice to have: Amazon A+ / e-commerce listing experience, short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok), consumer/FMCG brand work.
