Waiter

We are currently seeking a service-oriented and personable Waiter to join our team. At Le Café , service is not simply about delivering food, it is about creating a refined and memorable guest experience.

We are looking for individuals who bring energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality to every table.

The Role

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering attentive and seamless service throughout the guest journey. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining LPM’s high service standards.

Your Profile

Experience & Attitude

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage; however, attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are highly valued. French or another European language in addition to English is considered an advantage.

Mindset: You demonstrate a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow within a premium hospitality environment.

Guest Experience & Communication

Professional Interaction: You interact with guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Responsiveness: You confidently handle special requests and resolve guest concerns efficiently.

Anticipation: You identify guest needs proactively without being intrusive.

Product Understanding: You are able to learn and confidently explain the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.

Upselling: You are comfortable recommending daily specials and premium options when appropriate.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential; multilingual abilities are considered an asset.

Attention to Detail & Efficiency

Order Accuracy: You take orders accurately and ensure all guest preferences are clearly communicated to the kitchen.

Presentation: You maintain impeccable table settings and ensure the dining area remains polished and professional.

Time Management: You manage multiple tables efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining composure and service quality.

What We Offer

Compensation

• Basic Salary: 4,000 AED per month
• Housing & Transportation Allowance: 2,400 AED per month
