Head Waiter- KIGO (Japanese Speaker)

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Head Waiter to join our team at KIGO , our contemporary Japanese dining concept located within the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter within a high-end Japanese or fine-dining restaurant

• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement

• Previous experience leading and supporting front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and Japanese

• Passion for Japanese cuisine, culture, and exceptional hospitality

• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
