Overview of the role:

The Head of Digitization will be the key person responsible to drive the AFSRL digital transformation agenda, focusing in preparing for Auto Finance digitalization implementation.

The job holder will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital solutions, streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience and ensuring successful adoption of digital technologies. The Head of Digitization will analyze as is and to be customer processes with a modern business process management approach and implement IT solutions such as dealer front end, contract management and delinquencies management/risk management. Furthermore, BI and enhanced reporting functionalities will be built in alongside each business process. Customer engagement will be analyzed and modern AI technology will be implemented at highest standards to meet customer and Al Futtaim Finance needs.

He/she will lead cross‑functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiency in the Al Futtaim Financial Services Rental & Leasing.

What you will do:

• Digital Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the organization’s digitization strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation agenda and business objectives. Develop a roadmap for auto‑finance digitalization, incorporating emerging technologies.
• Technology & Process Optimization: Identify and implement digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Streamline and automate key processes to reduce manual intervention.
• Customer‑Centric Digital Solutions: Develop and deploy digital platforms that enhance the customer journey, focusing on auto‑finance digitalization, self‑service capabilities, and personalized experiences.
• Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Promote a digital‑first culture by driving awareness and training initiatives. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure smooth digital adoption.
• Innovation & Market Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends and identify opportunities for innovation in auto‑finance. Explore partnerships with technology providers.
• Team development and performance.

What equips you for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, with a focus on Digital Transformation, Technology Management or Financial Services.
• Languages: Fluent English, Arabic
