Overview of the role:

Lead testing and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. Coordinate activities, troubleshoot issues, and prepare detailed reports. What you will do:

Responsible for:

• Lead the development and implementation of testing and commissioning plans for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to schedule and coordinate testing activities, minimizing disruption to project timelines while maximizing efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections and performance tests on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to verify functionality and safety.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during the testing phase, providing actionable solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports of testing results and commissioning activities, documenting compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Train and supervise site personnel on proper testing and commissioning procedures, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to present findings, address concerns, and provide updates on project status and testing outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies related to MEP systems to enhance testing and commissioning practices.
• Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Manage budgets for testing and commissioning activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality.
