Apt Resources is on the lookout for a proactive and passionate Restaurant Manager for a trendy Western restaurant located in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager you will oversee daily operations manage staff implement efficient processes and create an inviting atmosphere for guests. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure a topnotch menu while also driving marketing initiatives to promote the restaurants unique offerings.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience and maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Recruit train and develop a highperforming team fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure menu items are presented optimally and adhere to the established culinary standards.
• Control monthly inventory manage supplier relationships and oversee cost management strategies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Develop promotional campaigns and events to enhance the restaurants visibility and attract new customers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports including labor and food costs to drive profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations ensuring a safe and clean environment for both staff and guests.
• Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferably in a trendy or upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and current food trends.
• Excellent leadership organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Strong financial management capabilities including understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and pointofsale systems.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must currently be residing in Dubai.
