Senior Project Manager - Dubai Studio

Killa Design is looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-profile projects across the region and internationally. This role demands exceptional organisational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams to bring bold architectural visions to life. This position focuses on design project management in the pre-contract phase — overseeing design development, chairing client and stakeholder meetings, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

You will take ownership of complex design projects, chair client and stakeholder meetings, manage design progress, and ensure key objectives are achieved. Working closely with our architects and wider design team, you’ll lead multiple major projects, maintaining clarity, quality, and cohesion throughout the design process.

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years working on UAE-based projects

• Proven track record delivering large, design-led projects in the UAE and internationally

• Strong experience in pre-contract design project management

• Skilled in chairing client and stakeholder meetings and maintaining clear communication

• Expertise in managing design development and ensuring design quality

• Proficiency in MS Project, PMP-related tools, and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills
