Swvl is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its Dubai team. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel at identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business growth through proactive outbound sales efforts.

The successful candidate will focus on generating qualified leads, engaging key decision-makers, and developing a strong sales pipeline. Working closely with the sales team, you will help expand the company’s customer base while contributing to its continued growth in the mobility and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales.

• Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling activities.

• Engage decision-makers and qualify potential business opportunities.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM platforms.

• Develop strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.

• Strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting.

• Proven ability to engage decision-makers and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.

• Experience in technology, transportation, logistics, or a related industry is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both Arabic and English.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.

• Strong knowledge of:
