Pharmacy Care Coordination Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists
- Ensure compliant and empathetic communication with potential patients regarding hospital-based pharmacy services
- Conduct audits in DialPad, TelemetryRX, and Electronic Medical Records to ensure workflow efficiency
- Establish and maintain efficient workflows between outreach teams and clinical integration teams
- Manage personnel administrative tasks including ADP, PTO, and time reports
- Facilitate collaboration with hospital partners through regular meetings and status reviews
- Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
Requirements
- Active state pharmacy technician license
- Active national pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven record
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and empathetic communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Willow, Qs1, or RX30 software systems
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a clinical or pharmacy setting
