Graduate - Site Engineer - Supervision ( )

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. This position is specifically for UAE nationals (إماراتيين) with a valid national certification (خلاصة القيد). As a Graduate Site Engineer you will play a crucial role in supervising construction projects ensuring quality control and maintaining safety standards on-site.

• Assist in overseeing daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to monitor project progress and timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records of construction activities
• Participate in quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Assist in preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders on-site
• Support the implementation of engineering solutions to address on-site challenges
• Contribute to the development and execution of project schedules
• Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Valid UAE national certification (خلاصة القيد)
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions
• Internships or co-op experiences in construction or engineering fields are preferred
• Knowledge of the local construction industry and regulations is a plus
