About the Company

Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary private practice bringing together Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. Our mission is to guide the whole person toward clarity and mental wellness through exceptional, holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Own the organization's financial strategy, annual budget, and rolling forecast across all entities, sites, and service lines
• Produce accurate, institutional-grade financial reporting and analysis for leadership and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain clean, well-documented financial records and reporting that withstand external diligence
• Model and monitor the financial impact of new clinic openings and expansion
• Manage capital structure, banking relationships, and debt compliance
• Establish and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and audit-readiness
• Partner with revenue cycle and billing functions to improve accuracy of net revenue and cash collections
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and liquidity planning
• Oversee risk management and finance-related legal activities
• Lead, develop, and grow the finance team

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Healthcare finance experience required, ideally in a multi-site services setting
• Demonstrated ability to build institutional-grade financial reporting and controls
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with modern reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA/MSF)
• CPA certification
• Experience in high-growth, multi-site healthcare organizations with external financing
• M&A and transaction diligence experience
• Lender and covenant management experience
