Vice President, Product Management

Responsibilities
- Refine and drive the product vision and strategy across the global payments and subscription platform
- Lead the transition to an outcome-based Product Operating Model
- Embed generative AI within the product lifecycle to automate documentation and optimize discovery
- Lead and mentor the Product Management team through hands‑on coaching
- Act as a player‑coach by owning critical workstreams and writing technical specs
- Partner with Engineering, Customer, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate delivery
- Develop deep insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Define clear success metrics and navigate trade‑offs to drive unit economic growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years leading product teams in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments
- Deep experience in subscription management, billing, embedded finance, or payments ecosystems
- Proven track record of delivering product strategies that drive revenue and adoption
- Strong ability to partner with engineering teams on technically sophisticated products
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in experimentation and customer insights
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of global commerce, compliance, taxation, and cross‑border transactions
- MBA or advanced degree
