Accountant

Al Hayakil Al Handasia Scaffolding Tr. LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to support its financial operations in Sharjah. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with financial records, maintaining accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards.

The successful candidate will manage daily accounting activities, monitor company assets and inventory, prepare financial reports, and assist with tax compliance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and general ledger entries.

• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, cash, POS transactions, and customer and supplier balances.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process supplier invoices, monitor rental billings, and follow up on collections.

• Track inventory, company assets, equipment depreciation, rental fleet expenses, and asset movement.

• Prepare periodic financial and management reports highlighting revenue, project costs, and overall profitability.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations, and standard accounting practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Relevant accounting experience with preference given to candidates from the scaffolding rental industry.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as: 

KnowledgeManagement

• Zoho Books

• QuickBooks

• Tally

• SAP

• Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
