Head of Real Estate Accounting - Yardi Expert
AL Marwan General Contracting Company
Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant with strong Real Estate/Property Accounting expertise and hands-on Yardi experience to lead accounting operations and financial reporting across our real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day accounting, managing GL/AP/AR, monthly/quarterly/yearly closings, preparing property-level and consolidated financial statements, and coordinating with external auditors.
