Junior Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate or an early-career professional with a strong academic background in Accounting or Finance , a good understanding of fundamental accounting principles, and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

• Assist in processing invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and the verification of financial transactions.

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.

• Assist senior accountants and the finance team with routine accounting activities.

• Ensure supporting documents are properly organized and maintained.

• Assist with data entry and updating accounting records in the ERP/accounting system.

• Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing relevant documentation.

• Follow company financial policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards.

• Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.

  • Knowledge of journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel .

  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software will be an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
