Wellthy is seeking a Growth Associate to support its new business sales initiatives and manage the full sales cycle for small and mid-market prospects across the United States and internationally. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building relationships, developing partnerships, and contributing to growth strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Partnerships team, and Marketing team to develop sales opportunities, execute outreach campaigns, and expand Wellthy’s presence in the care technology market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of prospective clients from initial outreach through contract completion.

• Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and client presentations.

• Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals, order forms, and contract terms with internal teams.

• Support broker and consultant relationships for smaller business segments.

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with brokers, benefits platforms, and complementary vendors.

• Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.

• Represent Wellthy at industry conferences and events.

• Collaborate with Marketing teams on campaigns, case studies, and sales materials.

• Track pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and campaign results.

• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a client-facing role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and projects.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and creating processes when needed.
