Our client a well-established business in the aesthetics and wellness industry is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead their digital and social media marketing efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a flair for content creation video production and social media growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media marketing plans for the brand and its services

Create unique and engaging content including short-form videos and visual content for platforms like Instagram TikTok and YouTube
-
Use cameras and smartphones professionally to shoot high-quality content
-
Handle video editing and post-production to ensure polished outputs
-
Build and maintain strong online community engagement through timely posts interactions and campaigns
-
Plan and execute promotional strategies to support products and seasonal campaigns
-
Conduct market research analyze trends and report on performance metrics
-
Design and manage customer retention strategies through digital channels
-
Recruit train and manage junior marketing staff and content creators when required
-
Provide regular marketing forecasts and strategic insights to the management team
Requirements
-
Proven experience in digital marketing video content creation and social media management
-
Strong skills in video shooting and editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro or mobile editing tools)

Solid understanding of consumer behavior and online trends
-
Hands-on experience with camera operation and smartphone video production
-
Ability to create performance-driven strategies and measure ROI
-
Excellent communication and team management skills

Available to join immediately
