Aviation Training Manager: Lead & Elevate Programs

GAL Global Aerospace Logistics in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the aviation training department. This role involves planning, organizing, and leading training activities to ensure compliance with customer mission requirements and Key Performance Indicators. The ideal candidate will identify training needs, develop programs for UAE nationals, and evaluate existing training initiatives.
