Operations Manager

Description

A well-established company is seeking an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, supervise teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
Supervise operational staff and ensure duties are completed efficiently.
Plan work schedules, assignments, and operational activities.
Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows.
Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets and KPIs are achieved.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage suppliers, vendors, service providers, and business partners when required.
Monitor operational costs and support efficient use of company resources.
Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
Maintain high standards of service, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies, and other operational requirements where applicable.
Ensure company policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations are followed.
Support staff training, performance monitoring, and team development.
Handle operational complaints, escalations, and urgent issues professionally.
Coordinate meetings and communicate operational requirements to relevant teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity.
Maintain proper operational records and documentation.
Perform other management and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in Operations Management or a similar supervisory/management role.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of operational planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
UAE experience is an advantage.
UAE driving license is an advantage depending on operational requirements.
