About the Company
Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. Starting with car insurance, the platform has expanded to include driving insights, diagnostics, and a repair marketplace, serving over 5M customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a specific business unit (Growth, Product, AI, or Partnerships) end-to-end
- Define business problems and ensure analyses inform critical decisions
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
- Surface data insights to move key metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in McKinsey, BCG, or Bain style environments
- Ability to work in a hands‑on execution role alongside strategic thinking
