As an established firm ranking in the top 3 for transactions across 5 key Dubai areas, we are excited to expand our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property viewings and provide guidance to potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate and close deals to ensure beneficial outcomes for clients and the company
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective customers
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for real estate transactions
Requirements & Skills:
• 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales and transactions
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations
• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid Real Estate Agent license
