Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties across Dubai
• Generate and manage property inquiries while building long-term client relationships
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to prospective buyers and investors
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, property trends, and available inventory
• Promote property listings through company marketing channels and networking activities
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions between buyers, sellers, and developers
• Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry procedures
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Work closely with developers and internal teams to provide clients with suitable property solutions
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall company growth
