Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for fleet and consumer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to achieve targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the sales process.
- Identify market trends and competitors to refine the sales approach.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager - Fleet and Consumer should have:
- A proven track record in sales management within the automotive l industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- The ability to analyse sales data and develop strategic plans.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
