2. POSITION SUMMARY

The BPM Lead is responsible for managing and improving business processes across the organization, ensuring compliance with Business Process Management standards and supporting continuous improvement.

The role maintains the business process architecture and repository, manages process change requests, supports operational risk documentation, and promotes the adoption of BPM tools
