Partner Manager - Marketplace

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Manager - Marketplace based in United Arab Emirates.
As a Partner Manager - Marketplace, you will take ownership of a diverse network of suppliers and help ensure strong operational performance across the marketplace.
You will manage relationships with job boards, media agencies, and recruiting-service providers while ensuring integrations, product data, and pricing remain accurate and reliable.
The role combines hands‑on partner management with strategic project ownership and commercial thinking.
You will lead supplier integrations, migrations, and new product launches from initial planning through operational delivery.
A key focus will be building scalable processes and using automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, making a visible impact in a collaborative and high‑trust environment.
This is an opportunity to shape how a growing marketplace operates while bringing new ideas, structure, and commercial opportunities to life.
