Area Manager - Middle East Regions

JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring an Area Manager – Middle East Regions to lead Burberry's retail network across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar , overseeing nine stores from our regional hub in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this role requires frequent travel across the region to support store teams, drive commercial performance and ensure a consistent Burberry experience in every market. Working closely with store leadership teams and regional partners, you will play a key role in strengthening client engagement, developing talent and delivering operational excellence across a diverse and evolving retail landscape. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to influence growth, build capability and help shape the future of Burberry across the Middle East.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and inspire store leadership teams across nine stores, ensuring a consistent and elevated Burberry experience in every market.
• Drive commercial performance through strong business planning, performance analysis and locally relevant action plans.
• Develop Store Managers and future leaders through coaching, succession planning and ongoing capability building.
• Champion client engagement strategies, helping stores strengthen relationships with local customers and grow loyalty across the region.
• Ensure operational excellence through effective execution of brand standards, compliance requirements and regional initiatives.
• Travel regularly across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar to support teams, build relationships and maintain strong market visibility.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Experience leading multiple stores or a large flagship retail operation within a luxury, premium or service-led environment.
• Strong understanding of retail performance drivers, customer experience and talent development.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets or experience working across multiple countries and cultures is highly valued.
• Hands-on and adaptable leadership style, with the ability to support teams of varying sizes, maturity and business complexity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence across functions and markets.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to business recovery, growth and long-term success.
