Senior Sales Specialist- EP Therapies, Abu Dhabi

Medtronic seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for Electrophysiology Therapies in Abu Dhabi to drive revenue growth, manage strategic customer accounts, and provide clinical support during cardiac procedures. The hybrid role combines sales excellence with hands-on procedural expertise across the UAE healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales and market share objectives in electrophysiology therapies
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to identify new business opportunities
- Lead commercial activities including pricing, tenders, contracts, and business agreements
- Provide hands-on clinical support during cardiac device implantation and electrophysiology procedures
- Build partnerships with physicians, key opinion leaders, and healthcare decision-makers to drive technology adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, health sciences, business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of medical device sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of electrophysiology or cardiovascular therapies experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare market, hospitals, tender processes, and stakeholders
- Strong experience supporting complex cardiac procedures in clinical settings
- Ability to independently manage strategic customer relationships and procedural support
