Technical Consultant- EP Therapies

Medtronic seeks a Technical Consultant for Electrophysiology Therapies based in Abu Dhabi to provide clinical and technical expertise during cardiac device procedures. The role involves supporting physician teams, conducting training programs, and driving adoption of advanced electrophysiology solutions across assigned territories in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support during cardiac device implantation and electrophysiology procedures
- Deliver real-time case support and troubleshooting in catheterization and electrophysiology suites
- Conduct product training and educational programs for physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
- Support introduction and adoption of new technologies across assigned customer accounts
- Collaborate with commercial teams on account strategies and growth opportunity identification
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, clinical sciences, or medical technology
- Minimum 6 years experience in medical devices, cardiology, or electrophysiology
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude with ability to learn complex technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional-level English proficiency, written and spoken
- Ability to work independently in dynamic clinical environments
- Experience with customer training programs and CRM systems preferred
