Product Delivery Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables related to the implementation of Zoom phone at each branch
- Update the status of deliverables in a centralized repository
- Manipulate spreadsheets used as data input for Zoom implementations
- Upload spreadsheets and submit webforms into a centralized repository
- Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes
- Quality‑assure data sets to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Provide routine metrics and reporting on Zoom
Requirements
- 2‑4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator
- 8‑10 years of experience using a PC in a business environment including MS Office
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Monday.com
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including after‑hours or weekends if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to technology within the financial industry
