Sales Development Representative - South Africa (Remote, UAE)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high‑performing sales team in the United Arab Emirates. The role is hybrid‑remote, with staff based in Dubai and required to work from the office three days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Actively engage prospective customers to identify new opportunities for CrowdStrike over the phone.
• Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure, focusing on corporate or enterprise accounts.
• Conduct high‑level discovery calls with C‑suite executives and their VPs.
• Become a cyber‑security expert and thought leader in the next‑generation endpoint market.
• Earn a black belt in competitive selling and objection handling.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute a successful go‑to‑market strategy.
• Provide exceptional, high‑touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.

• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes.
• Competitive nature and collaborative team spirit.
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.
• Customer‑service background is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

• Telephone sales experience.
• Experience working in the South African market (preferred).
