Marketing Coordinator –
A Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. The role involves coordinating projects, creating content, managing communications, and tracking campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
- Support the management of company websites, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, agencies, and internal departments.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and media resources.
- Assist with budgeting and administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills for evaluating marketing results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content management systems.
- Internship or previous experience in marketing, sales, or communications is an advantage.
