Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator/ Document Controller to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing and distributing sales documents, proposals and presentations.
- Processing sales orders.
- Tracking sales performance metrics and preparing regular reports.
- Preparing and summarize data in CRM and MS Excel for submitting to the management.
- Organizing and maintaining data files and records.
- Generating reports and extracting data as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree , Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering or Mechanical.
- Essential experience with ERP system ,CRM and MS Excel
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
