Office Manager - Operations & Customer Service

We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager on behalf of a growing and dynamic organization based in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
This position will act as a key operational support and second-in-command, working closely with leadership to drive efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
- Lead and support the customer service team, ensuring high service standards
- Monitor team activities, workflows, and overall productivity
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and documentation
- Support account management functions when required
- Coordinate across multiple teams including customer service, KYC, admin, and support functions
- Maintain and manage data across multiple platforms and databases (e.g., Google Sheets, internal systems)
- Ensure smooth communication between onsite and remote teams
- Proactively identify operational gaps and drive improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in Office Management / Operations / Front Office Management
- Background in hospitality (e.g., Front Office Manager) is highly preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Confident working in a high-visibility, open office environment
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable using AI tools and multiple digital platforms
- Strong interpersonal and team management capabilities
Working Conditions
- Location: Dubai – JLT
- Working Hours: Typically 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility required based on operations)
