✓ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
✓ Booking introductory flight
✓ Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
✓ Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
✓ Collect and record customer feedback
✓ Document all customer interactions
✓ Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors
✓ Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
✓ Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Candidate Qualifications:

✓ Language Known- Arabic & English
✓ Microsoft Office Suite Experience in customer service preferred
