Lineout Media is seeking an organized and proactive Account Coordinator to support daily account operations across multiple client engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with Account Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain organized, deadlines are achieved, and client communication stays clear and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Account Directors with daily account coordination and project management activities.

• Track project timelines, deliverables, action items, and deadlines across multiple client accounts.

• Manage tasks within project management systems to maintain visibility and accountability.

• Follow up with internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.

• Monitor project status and identify risks, blockers, or timeline concerns.

• Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and next steps for internal and client communication.

• Assist with reporting workflows, data organization, and account documentation.

• Support client communication through meeting coordination and preparation of client-facing materials.

• Collaborate with account, media, creative, strategy, and leadership teams.

• Help improve internal workflows and maintain operational consistency.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, client services, operations, or similar roles.

• Agency experience is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong follow-through and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain accountability.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Productive, or similar platforms is preferred.
