WeareseekingahighlyskilledSeniorMarketing&SalesManagertoleadourcompany’smarketingandsalesstrategy. ThisrolewilloversighttheperformanceoftheCommunityManagerandSalesManager,ensuringthat salestargetsaremetand customer engagement objectivesareached.
Thepositionrequiresastrongbalanceofstrategicleadershipandhands on expertiseinperformancemarketing, driving both brand development and measurablebusinessgrowth. Theidealcandidatewillbringaproventrackrecordofmanaginghigh-performingteams,scaling customeracquisition,anddeliveringstrongsalesperformancewithinafast-paced,data-drivenenvironment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Growth
- Leadandexecuteintegratedmarketingstrategiesacrossdigital,social,andoffline channels todriveuseracquisitionandretention.
- Designandoverseeperformancemarketingcampaigns,ensuringoptimalROIthroughdata-drivendecision-making.
- Developattributionmodelsandanalyticsframeworkstomeasuretheeffectivenessof acquisitionandengagementcampaigns.
- Overseebrandpositioning,contentstrategy,andcommunicationstoensureconsistent messagingacrossallchannels.
- CollaboratewithSeniorManagementtoalignsalesstrategieswithoverallbusinessgoals.
- Stayaheadofmarkettrends,digitalinnovations,andcompetitorstrategiestoenhance marketingeffectiveness.
- FosterstrongcollaborationwiththeProduct,Compliance,andFinanceteamstoensureoperationalalignment.
- DirectlymanagetheSalesTeamandCommunityManager,settingclearKPIsandmonitoringperformance.
- Implementstructuredreportingforthesalesteam(e.g.,callsvolume,conversionrates, servicequality).
- Ensuretheteamconsistentlymeetsorexceedssalestargets,withspecialemphasison conversionquality.
- Driveweeklyandmonthlysalesperformancereviews,ensuringaccountabilityand continuousimprovement.
- Provideleadership,coaching,andmentorshiptothemarketing,sales,andcommunityteams.
- Actas thekeylinkbetween customer-facing teams and seniormanagement,providinginsightsandperformancereports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’sdegreeinmarketing,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfield(master’s preferred).
- 5+yearsofexperienceinmarketing,sales,orgrowthleadershiproles,ideallyinfinancial services,fintech,ortechnologysectors.
- Provensuccessinuseracquisition,performancemarketing,andcampaignoptimization.
- Abilitytodevelopandimplementcomprehensivemarketingstrategiesalignedwith companygoals.
- ExcellentKnowledgeofSEO,SEM,andcontentstrategy.
- Strongunderstandingofsalesoperationsandperformancemanagement.
- Excellentleadershiptoleadanddevelopingteams,withexcellentpeoplemanagement skills.
- Expertiseinuseracquisition,leadgeneration,andconversionoptimization
- Advancedanalyticalskills,withproficiencyinmarketingandanalyticstools(e.g.Google Analytics,Adjust,Segment,Mixpanel,etc.).
- Excellentcommunication,leadership,andstrategicthinkingabilities.
