3D Renderer - Architecture

Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Renderer to join a growing design-led team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for realism and composition capable of producing high-quality architectural visualisations that support concept design client presentations and marketing materials.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects and designers to transform 2D drawings and conceptual ideas into compelling photorealistic visuals including aerial and street-level views for landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings for architectural projects
  
• Develop realistic aerial and street-view visualisations
  
• Translate 2D drawings CAD files and design concepts into detailed 3D visuals
  
• Set up scenes including lighting materials textures and camera angles
  
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to refine design intent
  
• Support design presentations client reviews and marketing deliverables
  
• Maintain organised file structures and rendering asset libraries
  
• Deliver visuals within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture Design 3D Visualisation or a related field
  
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in architectural visualisation
  
• Experience working within an architecture or design studio environment preferred
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic architectural renderings
  
• Awareness of or willingness to learn and integrate AI tools within workflows
  

Technical Skills

Essential Software:

• 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona Renderer
  
• Adobe Photoshop (post-production)
  

Working Knowledge Of:

• SketchUp Rhino or Revit (model import/export)
  

Desirable:

• Unreal Engine Twinmotion or Lumion (animations and real-time rendering)
  
• Any additional software that produces high-quality architectural visuals
