Responsibilities:

  • Manage all outlets within the facility including the treatment rooms, wet area, gym and health bar;
  • Identify individual training needs or development opportunities for employees and action or plan interventions accordingly;
  • Create, update and implement departmental SOP’s;
  • Promote services, products and discounts on social media;
  • Hire and train beauticians, as needed;
  • Attend hotel communication meetings regularly;
  • Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly);

  • Demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience;

Requirements:

  • Able to problem solve effectively;
  • Basic accounting skills for stock take and retails sales management;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Professional attitude;
  • 2+ years of experience as a Spa Manager/Assistant within a 4-5* luxury hotel/resort;
  • Good attention to detail, even when multi-tasking;
  • Able to work in a pressurised environment;
  • French or German speaking would be beneficial however not essential;
  • Female / European;
  • Purchasing and inventory skills;
  • Spa-related qualification;
  • Able to maintain Staff discipline and HR requirements as required;
  • Sound financial acumen;
  • Line management experience;
  • Fluency in English.
