Project Engineer – Mechanical Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Project Engineer – Mechanical to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the effectiveness of the installation team, ensuring project deadlines are met and that any barriers to productivity are removed;
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues;
- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and to make recommendations for corrective action;
- Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions or to provide technical information;
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and CAD reports;
- Assist with design development and recomend modifications where applicable;
- Assess cost effectiveness of products, tracking actual cost relative to bids as the project develops.
Requirements:
- The job requires Male applicants only;
- Candidates must have at least Bachelor’s / College Degree;
- Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position.
