Responsibilities:
- Working with and providing support to other members of the team;
- Developing designs for tailings storage facilities, water dams and other related structures;
- Undertaking and directing design analyses;
- Preparation of technical deliverables such as proposals, reports, drawings and specifications;
- Directing geotechnical site investigations, managing geotechnical testing and reporting;
- Travelling to site to supervise or audit construction of our designs.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering and with valid REE license;
- Extensive design experience with municipal infrastructure projects;
- Great communication and leadership skills;
- Graduate of Civil or any related courses; With licensed is much more advantage;
- At least 1-2 years of related experience for this position whether Manufacturing, Equipment industry;
- 10 years experience;
- Advance knowledge in Autocad, Design Software materials;
- BSc: Civil Engineering;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preparing a design and computations for construction projects or solar PV system;
- Proficient in using, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; presentation skills; willing to travel to provinces; preferably with valid drivers license;
- Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer;
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Civil Designer.
