Executive Personal Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Executive Personal Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Office Admin & Support : Filing (electronic and physical) including secretarial files, IT troubleshooting, Kitchen and office supplies, suppo;
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and circulating correspondence;
- Drafting correspondence, arranging meetings on Directors’ behalf;
- Reading, monitoring and responding to Directors’ emails;
- Liaising with clients;
- Personal and professional diary management and logistics (flights, cars, meetings etc.);
- Provide a professional executive and personal assistance to the Directors, including handling personal matters discretely and confidentially;
- HR Assistance Contracts, leave schedules;
- Reception : welcoming guests, managing switchboard (<10% of the role).
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree;
- 5-10+ years’ experience as a PA;
- English (1 st language);
- Must have University Degree Qualification with transcripts;
- Matric with Maths and Science is Essential.
