People Operations Manager - HR & Onboarding

Jubail Island Investment LLC is seeking a full-time HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations in Abu Dhabi. The role is pivotal in supporting recruitment, employee records, and payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities include coordinating HR activities, maintaining employee documentation, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law is essential.
