Description:

Fala Group is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team at the Dubai Head Office. This role focuses on managing both pre-contract and post-contract activities for major roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management, along with a solid understanding of road construction standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure developments in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and tender documentation.

• Manage cost control, project valuations, and budget monitoring.

• Evaluate variations, claims, and subcontractor payments.

• Handle contract administration and preparation of final accounts.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure full commercial compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure Projects.

• Strong expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract activities.

• Knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts.

• Strong understanding of road construction standards and contractual procedures.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Civil engineering and quantity surveying principles

 • Contract administration and cost control

 • Road infrastructure project execution
