connection)andmove-out(gasdisconnection)activitiesforResidentialandCommercial
NaturalGasDistributionSystems.Theidealcandidateshouldpossessstrongmechanicaland
basicelectricalknowledgeofgasdistributionsystems,AMIsmartmeteringinfrastructure,
gasdetectionsystemsandfieldtroubleshootingwhileensuringcompliancewithADNOC,
HSE,QA/QCandutilitystandards.
KeyResponsibilities
Operation&Maintenance
- PerformpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceofAMISmartGasMeters.
- Respondtocustomercomplaintsandemergencymaintenancecalls.
- Performroutineinspectionsandfunctionalchecksofgasmeteringsystems.
- Verifymeterperformance,gasleakageandoverallsystemintegrity.
Move-In(NewGasConnection)
- Carryoutmove-inactivitiesbyrestoringgassupplyfornewoccupants.
- Verifygasmeterconditionandfunctionalitybeforegasrestoration.
- Inspectisolationvalves,regulators,flexiblehoseconnections,fittingsandassociated
- Performleaktesting,pressureverificationandsafetyinspections.
- Restoregassupplyaftercompletingallsafetychecksandrequireddocumentation.
Move-Out(GasDisconnection)
- Performsafegasisolationandservicedisconnection.
- Recordfinalmeterreadings.
- Secureandsealgasservicesaccordingtocompanyprocedures.
- Completeallrequireddocumentationandsystemupdates.
AMICommunicationTroubleshooting
- Troubleshootnon-communicatingAMISmartGasMeters.
- CheckcommunicationstatusthroughtheHead-EndSystem(HES).
- VerifySIMstatus,APNconfiguration,firmware,RSSI,RSRP,RSRQ,SINR,and
- networkconnectivity.
- Coordinatewithtelecomprovidersforcommunication-relatedissues.
- Restorecommunicationthroughon-sitediagnosticsandcorrectiveactions.
